Summer is always a time of warm weather, vacation and for the Methodist Church, a time for change. This July, Epworth United Methodist Church will be bidding a sad farewell to Pastor Terri Cofiell as she begins her well-deserved retirement. The church is grateful for all the hard work she has done over the past five years as she struggled with the loss of both parents and the changes to ministry brought on by the Covid pandemic.
July also brings us a new pastor, Reverend Lem Dominguez! Pastor Lem is coming to us from Grace UMC here in Baltimore and he resides in our own Cockeysville neighborhood! With more than 10 years ministering to many parishioners in the Baltimore area, Pastor Lem will be leading the church forward and encouraging more of our neighbors to join us.
