Aside from health and cost savings, a plant-based meal reduces your eco-footprint by at least 50%! Even adding cheese or eggs to your meal still has a positive impact on the environment. In your journal, take note of how you feel: hungry, tired, energized?

Calculate your savings. Thank God for providing you with food and pray for those who face food insecurity on a regular basis. Ask yourself if you could go meatless one day each week.
