Spend at least 15 minutes walking and talking with God. Without looking at your phone, without stopping to chat with anyone else. It should be sunny on Monday so put on a jacket or sweater and head outdoors. If walking is beyond your physical capabilities, have a “sit” with God (and, if it’s too cold for you to be outside, you can always sit inside by a window). If you’re just too busy for 15 minutes, then you need to take at least 20 minutes! Emphasis on NEED.
Consider making this a daily activity. If you’ve been keeping a journal, record your walking thoughts.
